Dividend policy
The Company considers capital contributions from its shareholders to be invaluable and places a high priority on the distribution of profits to its shareholders in line with its earnings and revenue performance. The Company consistently works to increase its dividend payout ratio and has adopted a fundamental stance of rewarding its shareholders with steady and long-term target payout ratios of 20%. Discount tickets for shareholders (issued twice annually)
Discount tickets have a face value of ¥1,000 and can be used at facilities managed by Kyoritsu Maintenance and Kyoritsu Maintenance Group companies.
*This will be sent to eligible shareholders as of March 31 in early July. (Expiration date: January 31 of the following year)
*This will be sent in early December to eligible shareholders as of September 30. (Expiration date: June 30 of the following year)

These tickets are only eligible for use with payments made at facilities managed by the Group and affiliated restaurants.
Please note that these tickets may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given when their discount values exceed purchase prices.

Weekdays (and other specified periods): Approximate 30% discount on normal rates
Days preceding holidays and other specified days: Approximate 10% discount on normal rates

Discount rates and meal services differ depending by hotel and season (one-night stays may include either one or two meals). -
■Maximum number of ticket users, nights
Each complimentary ticket may be used for one night, with a maximum of 10 adults per group.
Group member limits do not apply to children of elementary school age or younger.
Guests may stay for consecutive nights or in groups of more than 10 adults by using multiple tickets.
