Dividend policy

The Company considers capital contributions from its shareholders to be invaluable and places a high priority on the distribution of profits to its shareholders in line with its earnings and revenue performance. The Company consistently works to increase its dividend payout ratio and has adopted a fundamental stance of rewarding its shareholders with steady and long-term target payout ratios of 20%. benefit program

For shareholders with 100 or more shares recorded in the registry of shareholders as of March 31 and September 30 every year

We send:

・Complimentary tickets for shareholders registered as of the end of March are mailed in early July and expire at the end of January of the following year. ・Complimentary tickets for shareholders registered as of the end of September are mailed in early December and expire at the end of June of the following year.

Discount tickets for shareholders (issued twice annually)

Discount tickets have a face value of ¥1,000 and can be used at facilities managed by Kyoritsu Maintenance and Kyoritsu Maintenance Group companies.
Shareholders with 100 or more shares recorded in the registry of shareholders as of March 31 and September 30 are eligible to receive discount tickets.

Long-term shareholder benefit program

Special discount tickets are sent each year to shareholders who have held Company shares for three years or more, as of March 31 (to be sent once per year in early July).

These tickets are only eligible for use with payments made at facilities managed by the Group and affiliated restaurants.
Please note that these tickets may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given when their discount values exceed purchase prices.
These tickets may be used together with other discounts.

Complimentary resort hotel tickets for shareholders (issued twice annually)

Complimentary tickets can be used for Group resort hotels, including La Vista and Dormy Clubs.
Shareholders with 100 or more shares recorded in the registry of shareholders as of March 31 and September 30 are eligible to receive these tickets.

    Weekdays (and other specified periods): Approximate 30% discount on normal rates
    Days preceding holidays and other specified days: Approximate 10% discount on normal rates
    Exclusive rates and calendars for shareholders are available for each hotel.
    Discount rates and meal services differ depending by hotel and season (one-night stays may include either one or two meals).

  • ■Maximum number of ticket users, nights

    Each complimentary ticket may be used for one night, with a maximum of 10 adults per group.
    Group member limits do not apply to children of elementary school age or younger.
    Guests may stay for consecutive nights or in groups of more than 10 adults by using multiple tickets.
