If you become aware of any acts by Kyoritsu Maintenance Group officers or
employees that violate compliance or constitute human rights violations, or
any acts that may lead to such violations, please report them via the contact
point below.
Please note that for anonymous reports or consultations, we may not be able
to conduct sufficient fact-finding or implement corrective measures, and in
some cases, we may not be able to report results back to you.
Reports and consultation content will be treated as confidential information. All
officers and employees of the Kyoritsu Maintenance Group are required, in
accordance with regulations, to protect the privacy of whistleblowers, prohibit
retaliation, and ensure that no adverse treatment whatsoever is permitted.

Acts by Kyoritsu Maintenance Group officers or employees that violate, or may
potentially violate, compliance requirements as defined under the
Whistleblower Protection Act.
Examples:
- Fraud or legal violations (e.g., kickbacks, fraudulent billing, document
falsification, improper requests for entertainment or gifts, transactions
suspected of money laundering, etc.)
- Human rights violations, discrimination, harassment
- Harassment by abuse of authority
- Other illegal acts or acts contrary to ethics
