On September 27, 1979, Kyoritsu Maintenance began its journey with the Dormitory Business.
Built on the foundation of operating student and employee dormitories, we have since expanded into the Hotel Business—encompassing business hotels and resort hotels—and the Senior Life Business, which provides housing for the elderly.
What all these businesses share is our commitment to supporting people’s daily living through the provision of food and housing services.
